Hi there,

You previously had a 6 month AccessPlus Account and a 12 Month AccessPlus account.

You then recently ran a press advertisement here: http://personalbanking.bankofireland.com/fs/doc/wysiwyg/mss130129-184x190-boi-rate-change-times-doh000577.pdf

The press advertisement said "AccessPlus 6 Month" is a "Products No Longer for Sale".

Then you changed your website. On your website here today: http://personalbanking.bankofireland.com/savings/short-term/accessplus-deposit-account-issue-4/

On your website
(1) you left the "AccessPlus 6 Month" despite running a press advertisement saying it is no longer for sale. Is this a mistake on your website or the press advertisement?
(2) Also, you removed the "AccessPlus 12 Month" account. Is this no longer available?
(3) Also, the deposit rates here ( http://www.bankofireland.com/fs/doc/wysiwyg/customer-rate-sheet-15-02-13.pdf ) are your old rates and not the new rates that are applicable from today. Will this be updated?

A request has been submitted to change the details on the PDF and this should be updated by Wednesday.

Thanks for the reply. I see that some corrections have been made. There are still 2 things that need to be fixed.

It is not just the PDF here that you mentioned has old information. 

It is also this page here that has old information.

The information was wrong/old when I made my post. The information is now correct on that webpage (but still wrong on the PDF).

The information was corrected a short time after my post earlier today.

The PDF is still displaying the old rates, when you click the link on the right hand side of this page. 

Whilst I appreciate your responses here, surely this should be fixed soon and the wrong information removed from your website?
