    We are aware that the calls for the branch network are answered off site however; these calls are serviced by Bank of Ireland Customer Service Officials. These staff members have the same systems as those based in the branch and if a query arises that they are unable to deal with, they would be more than happy to connect your call to someone in the branch or arrange for someone to call you back.
