hey was wondering if anybody could help me,
My friend has been offered a mechanical apprenticeship. In order to register him, the employer first has to be approved by fas.

Can the employer be approved by fas, to employ an apprentice mechanic if the employer does not have papers himself (in mechanics)

The employer has papers for panel beating but 90% of the work he does is mechanical?
