Unfortunately mentioning of named driving schools is against the charter due to repeated abuse by driving schools themselves.

OP, you're more than welcome to post in the sticky at the top of this forum and see if anyone will PM you a recommendation for an instructor; otherwise, perhaps ask the question in the Galway regional forum?
