Are all Whelans gigs over 18s?

On ticketmaster it only says 18's on some Whelans gigs, but my friend says all their gigs are, regardless of whether it says it or not. Also, on the ones that are strictly 18's, how much do they enforce it? I'm 17 like.

They ask you for ID when you go in so they do enforce it.
