am wondering just how far modding etc. has gone is there such things as 3DS roms that can be downloaded for use on pc?out of curiosity

There are reports its been hacked, to what extent I'm not sure but clearly they have unsigned code running

Regards roms for use on pc, not to my knowledge as the system is currently unemulated.
