Random Digit Dialing

Sick of getting calls on the house phone asking to take part in surveys and competitions and so on.I have asked the last two people that have contacted me to be removed from this list and to no avail.Does anyone know how to be removed from the "Random Digit Dialing" list ?

Call your provider and ask to be removed from the NDD.
