Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just wondering if you start 3rd year childcare a few days late would you miss anything important??

    im going into 2nd year so not sure if it applies but we've been told if we miss any of the pre-placement training (we've been told it starts the 9th) we can't go on placement

    Yes this is correct. Starting on September 9th there is two weeks of mandatory pre-placement workshops, which you must attend to be allowed go on placement for the semester. If you have any concerns I would contact your class rep or the placement co-ordinator (Joanne McHale).
