With the replacment of the better home grants with Pay as you go schemes, does anybody knwo anything about the PAYS scheme, or any company offering one to domestic users?

I need to get windows replaced, house insulated (probably get away with cavity filled).

the boiler is from 1984 and has no control so I'd like to get it replaced with a condensign boiler with control.

I'd also like to fit a non boiler stove.

The house is a semi D with a hipped roof, that unfortuantly is at the wrong side to fit solar panels.

I'm trying to figure out if i should as much work as possibel through the better homes grant, or hold out for the PAYS.

(I realise only some of the above would bd covered through better homes)
