    can someone please help we have a 03 ford galaxy and the speedo has gone nuts it will say your doing 120 when your not even moving and when you brake the fuel drops to the red even with a full tank of fuel in it

    Sounds like a dodgy electrical connection to the dash panel itself. Does it light up correctly etc?

    try disconnect the for battery for bit to reset ecu

    @ironclaw everything works on the dash panel all light work perfect checked all the fuses that are in the car and they are ok

    @barry464 already tryed that one it worked for about five mintues but the beeping started agian

    I have a similar problem with a 03 Ford Focus.

    Occasionally when I'm driving the rev counter and the speedometer will just drop to zero and the digital read out will reset to a series of dashes. Then the engine warning light will flash on. After about 5 seconds everything will go back to normal again.

    @frank spencer we got the car last aug. from a gauage who were very rude and they said that everything was ok with the car and when we went bk to them they wouldnt help us but we have alot of beeping goin on and the car will say were doin 120 when are parked up

    Known issue with Fords, unfortunately. My other half's 99 Focus does that too.
