Let's tease out this idea a bit. How serious a crime would it have to be to be experimented on? What would they do once the serious convicts were used? You do know thousands of subjects ANNUALLY would be required, right OP? So, would they then move onto burglars etc.?

As for pharmaceuticals, why take criminals? Chances are they will not have the right conditions to begin with.
Why not pay a little bit and use unemployed people and students?

There are 9 million prisoners worldwide. Sure, many of them are there short term for minor offenses but maybe we could test the cosmetics on them and leave the pharmaceuticals for more serious offenders. I mean, cosmetics testing on male inmates would surely be the best deterrent?

Theres a large number of unemployed athletes that roam Dublin that I can recomend for sterilisation testing.

Personally I'd want that person shot but I'm probably a bad example as I want people that walk slow in front of me shot.

I'd like people who think it's okay to experiment on convicted criminals experimented upon. Find out what drives such a mindet so it can be eradciated.

How many of those 9 million are serious convicts? 2 million? 3 million? You'd probably get through those in a year for pharma testing, maybe less than a year, bearing in mind there are 200+ countries in the world. Then what?

Cosmetics animal testing was recently made illegal in Europe anyway.
