Hi guys my mam got a tablet from HN on a 24 month flexirent contract last year. She had it in her handbag on a bus yesterday but realised after getting off that the zip on her bag was open and the tablet gone. There was nobody sitting near enough to steal it but her bag had tipped over under the seat at one stage so she reckons the tablet might have fallen out. She rang bus eireann but nothing had been handed in. Mam reckons the salesman told her that the insurance covers loss, theft and accidental damage but we tore the house apart last night and couldn't find the original documentation. There doesn't seem to be any information online about how to claim etc. Has anyone any experience of claiming from HN? Would this loss be covered? How will she go about making the claim? Thanks :D

Report it the gardai too, as nearly all claims have to have a report made to gardai.
