iPhone picture size

    Not really sure where to put this question so feel free to move mods.

    If I take a picture with my iphone and use an app like picup to upload it to an image host, then use that URL to post on forum sites like boards, the image is huge (monsterously big) and takes up full screen in the post.

    Is there a way/place to upload so image is drastically reduced?

    edit: just tried photobucket app and the pic comes out even bigger than the picup app one.

    I use Imageshack.us which allows you to reduce the size of the image when you upload.

    I think imigur lets you change the size too.
