I preferred Richard Bacon in that slot, but Tony Livesey did a good job too. I must give him a listen when he starts the Weekend Shows.

Any idea who is moving into the slot?

I like Livesy there, nice and light hearted before falling asleep.

Can anybody on night time stay put when I listen?

    Charlie Wolf - Red FM
    Charlie Wolf - Talk Sport
    Mike Mendoza - Talk Sport
Mike Dickin - Talk Sport (no choice I guess)
    James Whale - Talk Sport
    Ian Collins - Talk Sport
    Tony Livesey - BBC5L

    I think there's 1 or 2 more.

I might give the new guy on BBC5L a chance, been listening to LBC lately as Livesey was away on holidays before his departure.

Tony was on Breakfast this morning, must be standing in for someone.

But jesus, talk about dumbing down. He was getting people to text in "Beatles Body Parts" - change the name of a Beatles song to make it sound hilariously like a part of the body.

This straight after a report about a 16 year old stabbed to death.

Stick to Weekends Tony, please. I nearly had to turn on Morning Ireland.

So I stayed with Anthony Davis on LBC since last May. Guess what, he's just departed!

he's going to be doing the drive on smooth radio i believe, duncan barks is replacing him, a shame as i like duncan in the late night slot, olly man is doing it now, he seems to be a nice guy, but the show isn't as edgy

I'm very highly educated. I know words, i have the best words, nobody has better words then me.

Used to listen to Duncan on Talk Sport, so I'll give hime a go.

Would liked to have seen Ian Collins back on a 10pm slot or maybe even Cristo from the weekend get a shot at it. Mad I know!
