I've studied an undergraduate degree from a university in the UK. Do i still qualify for free fees in if want to study a second under grad degree in Ireland?

Tuition fees will not be paid in respect of:
- students pursuing a second undergraduate course.

It doesn't explicitly say whether or not a UK undergrad course counts. You might have to ring the HEA or Trinity fees office.
