Just did a cartell check and it tells me in red that there was a 4 month span between tax expiry dates. It had the same owner during this period. What do you think this means?

It was either off the road or driven with no tax, nothing too sinister.

The misses is looking for a cheapo runaround and gave a deposit on an 03 focus with 80,000 ish miles, turns out it was used as a taxi for 4 years, got the deposit back so thank you Cartell.

It means that owner was very very unpatriotic and knows his way around a rf100 form.
