    Hi all
I know there are tonnes of similar threads, just cant find anything more recent.
We are looking for a small venue to accommodate a civil ceremony (or humanist ceremony not fussy), and a reception for 80-100 people in County Clare (or will consider surrounding counties). We really dont want to spend a fortune, just want something nice and simple, hoping to have the meal come in at no more that 45 per head, and would love to find an all in one wedding package to suit.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Many thanks in advance!!!

Rosleague Manor in Connemara is lovely and caters for up to 90. Gregan's Castle in Ballyvaughan but it's quite small, think max is 55, so may not suit.

Bunratty Manor cater for small weddings, the food there is really excellent. Lots of couples go across the road to Bunratty Castle for their photographs.

Carrygerry House Hotel in Newmarket on Fergus might be worth checking out too. It's a lovely two hundred year old manor house in a country setting.

Thanks for the replies! We are hoping to keep our costs down also, its scary when you start to add everything up! Would love something outdoors / marque style also...

We are having a marquee style wedding in Hotel Doolin this summer. They have different options available, but I have noticed that they've hiked their prices up a bit since we booked....Might be worth talking to them anyway though?

Thanks! We actually viewed hotel doolin this weekend. They have a min number for the marque of 175 and we will be at 100. Was this the case when you booked? Their prices are quite high we feel but some good packages all the same

The Old Ground Hotel in Ennis would cater for a group of 80 - 100 nicely. We are getting married there this summer and so far they have been great for everything; very easy to deal with. We also spoke to a couple recently who had just used that venue and they were delighted with it.
