Commute from Heuston to Clonskeagh or M50 to Clonskeagh

Might be taking up this commute.

I currently cycle into town, would this commute be cyclable as well, any ideas of how long it would take?

I know 145 also goes out that way.

Other option would be Car (rather) than train to Heuston, so around M50 and in along Drummartin Road & Goatstown road to Clonskeagh.

Any ideas of traffic on this route.

Heuston to Clonskeagh is grand to cycle - about 30 minutes on the bike. Traffic in Clonskeagh is not good in the evening.
