    Hi my friend has got a ticket for a concert in the o2 and only noticed that under sixteens had to have an adult with them..how do they enforce this ? and will they be strict

    I suppose much comes down to whether your friend would pass for 16. If in doubt then maybe your friend could approach a family and ask them could she/he tag along until they get inside. The O2 staff run a pretty professional operation so on the one hand will want things chilled but will also need to adhere to regulations.
