    going to the Sun palace for 12 nites as part off our honeymoon and just enquiring about the resort credits and how to use them. i see there is a 11% charge on checkout. is that on what you use or on it all. have $2500.also just wondering bout going into the main strip from the hotel at night time and is the transport safe and any tips on hat to expect on our stay. really looking forward to it after reading all the reviews

    OP, you need to either speak to your travel agent or call up the hotel yourself.

    you have not said where you are going. It's hard for people to give you advice if they don't even know if it's anywhere they've been.

    Had to look up the Sun Palace and assuming google is right, you're going to Mexico.

    ya sorry my mistake going to Sun palace cancun. just mainly wondering if anyone has stayed there, how to use the resort credits and travelling from the hotel to main strip in cancun for night time. is the transport safe ect. thanks

    try the travel forum, or as tinkerbell suggests, ask the travel agent (which would probably be a more reliable source of information than a forum).

    Will do. Just decided on this hotel from tripadvisor and also rated best hotel for romance 2013 and is a adults only resort and 15 mins awwy from down town cancun. a couple in late 20s. hoping to hit the strip maybe 2 nights but other times will be just a chill out time
