shower not working

Hopefully someone will be able to help. Renting flat and landord got bath taken out and replaced it with a walk in showerl, which has not worked. The flat has a combinations boiler and thought that the feed for the shower would have come from that, but no, the plumbers took the cold water feed from the sink in the kitchen where the combination boiler is situated. The shower has only worked about 3 times. Also the water from the shower floor is coming back up the sink that they fitted in the bathroom as well. :o

Has anyone got any ideas that I can suggest to Landlord please as there is no way of showing at all.

Suggest to him that he get the plumbers back to sort it out or else get another plumber to fix it , are you sure that the shower water is coming up the basin and that its not the basin water comin ip the shower , what is happening with the shower that its not working , is there no water , water not hot , you didnt elaborate much . Either way you are paying your landlord rent and you have no shower facilities.
