Can anybody recommend any good Martial Arts/MMA classes in Limerick City. Cheers.

Come join us at Sharkbait MMA Ger's a great coach and the training is good, great atmosphere.

I would rather not bash on clubs I've not trained in, but I've not heard good things about Pankration as an MMA club - the opposite in fact.

There's also Mike Caroll's Waza Kai Ju Jitsu if you're into a self-defense based kinda thing.

Gumbi I think its unfair to comment about a gym unless you have trained in it.

Aye captain. Like I said, I didn't want to do so, I'm only saying what I've heard - but doing so in such a public forum is probably not fair.
