Been pursuing a career in telecoms now the last 2 years, but I'm still only at technician level, and working in a section of it I'm not all too fond of.

I always wanted to work in Radio access networks and that aspect of telecoms, but how would I get my foot in there ?

Obelisk did a trainee telecoms engineer program, but it doesn't seem to be going as of late...

any other companies that would do anything similar ?
