Is a VFC HK416 GBB worth the money?

I know this topic is old but it has been years since that thing has been released. Is it worth my time and money?

While it looks awesome and accurate to the real thing compared to a WE I want to know how good is it out of the box and how reliable it is out of the box. In other words is the gun a big b**ch out of the box?

I have used GBBRS (mostly G&P and WE stuff which haven't been much trouble except my main GBBR which is WE´s G39C) and I want to know if the mighty VFC 416 is any good.

I have enough money to buy 1 right now but not enough to buy spare parts since Im working on 2 builds.

Thanks and have a nice day

They have recently released another 416 GBBR, so I'd put my money onto the newer model.

It is largely WA compatible, though you can buy factory replacement parts direct from VFC. Magazines are not WA compatible though, so remember to factor that in.

Personally speaking I would recommend against it if you don't have the funds for spare parts - if you've used GBBR's before you'll know how temperamental and unpredictable they can be.

    Beautiful piece though!

    Thanks for your opinion.

Now I would like to hear some thoughts from someone who has used it.

Here you go - 4 page review thread over on ArniesAirsoft.co.uk - should have more than enough info, and also provide a better platform for asking questions on the system :)

Thanks and I like asking questions in a simple manner otherwise I would ask 100 questions if I went into detail.
