iTunes sync acting up again

I'm trying to sync up my iPhone 4s with iTunes as i just added a bunch of new music.

So i added the mp3s to my iTunes library no problem and then i tried to sync....

First thing that happen was when i went into the iPhone screen, it said i was 45GB over in space!! I have a 64GB iPhone and i usually have about 55GBs of space taken up. So i ejected the iPhone and put it in again...still 45GB over in space  So i hit the sync button...a load of warnings came up and it asked me to authorize going head with these warnings by logging into my iTunes account. But the default iTunes account that came up was not mine but some random Chinese name @hotmail.com. So i shut my laptop down and turned off my phone. It must have picked up on somebody else's apple product in my apartment building even tho i have my iPhone plugged into my macbook

Turned both back on again and tried to sync. This time it got my iPhone's space correctly around 55GBs and i hit sync. Goes through the steps as normal but when it gets to 'Determining tracks to sync', it doesnt find any and finishes the sync. All the new songs i want to added appear in 'My recently added' playlist but they are greyed out and i cant play them...i tried this multiple times, turning off the macbook and iPhone but no avail.

My music sync setting is sync my entire iTunes library.

Any ideas how to fix this?
