    Ok so here is the story.
    I work in a call centre dealing with phone, broadband etc. A new campaign has just started for Cancer Care which i was picked at random to go onto. I advised the Team Manager that it was something I was uncomfortable with as it is a personal family issue I am dealing with at the moment and I was basically told tough Sh**. Surely this is wrong?

    Technically I am on a telesales contract with the company not a customer service.
