    The regions we have done are Ireland Paris basin Italy and brazil which is which

    Brazil is your sub continental region :)
    Then Paris Basin and Mezzogiorno are for when youre answering on EU non Ireland, with the Basin being your core region.
    And then just BMW and GDA in Ireland when youre asked for an Irish region
