    This is a good question. I went down to the citizens information and they helped me to do it. They were really helpful.

    Applying for the grant is a long and can be a difficult procees. I went o citizens information to get help as there was alot of forms that had to be filled out so they helped me.

    you have to get a grant form and fill it out and send it to the local grant agencies.
