was just thinking of this there and for most of us it will come down to between verts, lloris or dembele. its a tough one to make seeing as each player has become so important to the team now.

for me verts just shades it, a perfect replacement for the king.

Has to be Vert with Dembélé in close contention!

By far the 2 of our best signings! Lloris has but good but I haven't been overly impressed with him at all ths season, maybe its just the fact that he needs time to settle into the EPL.

I think they all still have a bit to prove, even Vertonghen.

It can take a while for defenders to be found out so I'll reserve judgment. He's great going forward, but then so was Vermaelen and he isn't looking so hot now.

Vertoghen for me. He's not perfect but he's absolute quality, club captain material and will get better. He's as good as King in his prime. How many CB's can you say that about.
