All the TV and Radio people are using this as the phrase of the moment.

Lemmings the lot of them. :D

Just noticed it today. 'Lockdown' is another one.

    Any more?

    'Green Shoots'

Putting on the green jersey was popular a while back or blueshirts if you ever listen to George Hook

At least "Going forward" has had to register on the sex-offenders list and is not seen in public as often. That used to make my ears bleed. Also "paradigm". Fcuk off would you, you're from Athenry. Athenry never had a paradigm.

"Sources say" ... "It has been reported" ... "It is widely believed" ... "According to officials who cannot be named"

Nobody bothers to wait and report facts anymore. They can say any old shít and they don't have to prove it. Half the time their "source" is a rival broadcaster or newspaper.

The amount of times you hear or read the word 'staggering' is well...frankly...staggering. It really grates with me.

"Austerity". What does it mean? Dying from hunger on the side of the road or just having to give up Sky Sports?

Today FM have been mentioning 'grass frost' in the weather forecast over the last couple of weeks.
When did 'ground frost' change to 'grass frost'? - I must have missed that memo.
