    Hope its in correct fourm but if you are currently studying a course and you want to reapply to the CAO for something different are you allowed keep your current course until you get a new offer or do you have to cancel and hope you get offered the new one.

    Yes you can stay in your current course if you don't get offered the new one :)

    If you reapply and get a new offer, do you still qualify under "no fees" scheme or do you have to pay full fees for the new course?
