Cheapest TV Channels Setup

hi guys got a letter from upc about 4 euro price increase and so am looking to review my setup currently paying 77.50 for channels including espn,broadband and phone. never use the phone. need to cut costs and can let espn go so what is the cheapest/best basic tv and broadband package. or should i look at freeview uk…
