The video seems to be linked to the Turkish writer, journalist and broadcaster Adnan Oktar, who writes extensively under the name "Harun Yahya", often pseudoscientific books following a creationist philosophy.

The video itself is rather strange to anyone familiar with the typical sort of Muslim videos uploaded to YouTube, as it features several blonde women in tight clothing that exaggerates their breasts, rather than the more usual women in shapeless clothes with their heads veiled.
