Help:Audi A3 1.6l misplaced hose/tubing

I changed the spark plugs on the A3 the other day which required taking off the lower intake manifold. On putting it all back together I noticed that there was a vacuum hose/tube that couldn't find a home for.

The hose in question is the draped over the vacuum manifold and is white halfway up in the attached pic IMAG0330.jpg

Any help finding a home for this would be appreciated as the car feels like it is idling a bit rough.

Oh and the engine code is BFQ. I had a look on ElsaWin but couldn't make out where the hose connects to.

Is that small vacuum actuator underneath it connected to anything? The one to the left from intake manifold? Just a wild guess. Im not familiar with the engine at all.

Yeh that one pulls a vacuum directly from the manifold as far as I can tell.
