It'd probably look like a normal f1 car, but when it was behind or got damaged, the whole thing would separate and it would just be the drivers cockpit on a ball using "cyclone technology" for an engine
Why? Because **** physics that's why

Here's some details on the powertrain:
    renault-twizy-f1-8_1280x0w.jpg
Its got an actual Renault F1 KERS system powering it and yes, you read that right, when you press the KERS button, it spins at 36,000rpm!!!
    Some noise that'll make!!!

Wonder will they have to use all the kers when getting the tyres changed.
