    trying to figure that out. first of all, from the related video, it appears that may be the most crashed upon section of road ever, a bunch of videos all with crashes at that turn.

    but to the one in question, it looks like he should have seen the cyclist from a good bit back, he doesn;t appear to brake until jsut before he hits him. seems very very strange
