No reply to email sent to Visa Business cards

    I sent an email to 'visabusinesscards@boi.com' with queries about applying for a business visa card on 18-4-13, no reply received. 

    Sent another on 25-4-13, no reply received.

    Still no reply as of today 29-4-13

    Its a bad show when the bank can't reply to emails for new business.....what going on?
