Getting a BB30 24mm spindle to work with a PressFit 30 bottom bracket - how?

My new Cannondale Supersix Evo came with a PressFit 30 bottom bracket and I’m looking to use my Dura Ace 7950 cranks/chainset as it’s got an SRM power meter built in. I’ve taken the cranks/chainset off the bike (they’re on sale here) and the diameter of the opening in the PressFit 30 bottom bracket looks to be 30mm. The diameter of the axle/spindle on the DuraAce cranks is 24mm. So I think I need to get an adapter sleeve to fit that axle in the press fit housing, but also probably need some sort of external adaptor also as the press fit cranks are secured differently to the BB30 setup (which has cups that protrude beyond the side of the frame whereas the PressFit 30 cups are recessed inside the frame).

Does anyone know what sort of adaptor(s) I need or if this is even possible or know a man/store that does? Thanks for any tips – I’ve got this brand spanking new bike I haven’t yet been able to take out for a spin so the anticipation is killing me!
