    Hi All,
I have planning on my site but just cant afford to build at the moment. I plan on getting a mobile and living in that on site and then tip away with house bib by bit. My planning states I have to put in a pursflo system for surage. I also have to put a french drain on one side of site. I will bore my own well. Can I ask the following,

Do I have to let the planning office know that I am planning on putting a mobile on site?

What is the procedure for connecting esb to mobile on site?

Can I just go ahead and do the puraflo system and connect to mobile and bore for well?

Any advice would be very much appreciated!

    Thanks a mill
    P

Yes, by way of making a planning application for it :)

    1. yes, you require planning permission for the mobile home. these applications usually are readily granted if theres already permission for a house. They usually restrict the time limit however, ie maybe give you permission for 24 months instead of 5 years.

    2. not my area so not sure

    3. yes, you can send in your commencement notice and work away. Obviously it would make more sense to get permission for the mobile first.

all that being said, it would cost you nothing to put in a formal request to the planner on foot of the existing permission and ask them if its ok to place a mobile for a specified time limit. You never know, they may agree without any application. Stranger things have happened.
