    Hi All,
Just wondering can anyone give me information as to the best route to pay as little tax etc for a site.
Basically, My OH's uncle has a site which he said he would give to us to build.
He is looking to clear 30k on the sale of this.
How do we go about having it transferred to our names, and pay the least amount of charges on the transaction.
Can the site be gifted and we can give him cash? Does anyone even have a link where I can read up about this?
    All thoughts welcome.
    Cheers

Dear oh dear. Looking for ways to avoid paying tax is in breach of our forum charter and also Boards.ie terms of use.

Thread closed and warning given to OP.
