Propranolol

Hi folks, I just started taking the beta blocker propranolol for a neurological issue. I'm aware that this drug slows your heartbeat but does anyone know by roughly how much it slows your heart rate by? The reason I am asking is that I use a heart monitor when exercising to indicate my max fat burn rate and need an accurate rate for maximum effect.

You'd really need to ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Hi OP - per site rules medical advice is not permitted.
Please re-read the site faq and specific forum charters before posting again as some rules can result in infraction/bans when broken.

    Thanks
    Taltos
