I got clamped in town for parking in a clearway, the parking was free on a Saturday but not during the clear way. When I arrived I looked at the sign and it only had the bit that said parking is disco or pay at machine Monday to Friday. I got clamped in town for parking in a clearway, the parking was free on a Saturday but not during the clear way. When I arrived I looked at the sign and it only had the bit that said parking is disco or pay at machine Monday to Friday. When I came back saw I was clamped I noticed that there were 5 signs up, the middle one had only the once notice about parking, the other 4 had the parking pay and display bit and a clear way sign too.
I got clamped for parking in a clearway.
Worth appealing?
Do you write to them to appeal?
I don't have any photos but could go back and take some of the signage.
