We can't give out answers directly, but can provide hints
How many ways can you throw two six-sided dice? Call this A.

How many ways can you make 4? (1+3, 3+1, 2+2) Call this B. (If it helps, think of one die being red and the other one green, so you can see that 1+3 is different from 3+1 when looking at the totals)

B/A is your answer (as a decimal, multiply it by 100 to give a percentage if you prefer).
