Anyone know a sit-down place that serves really good (barista) coffee along the Cork-Waterford road. I'm not talking Centra/garage coffee - the real stuff (the Centra in Castlemartyr has nice coffee, but nowhere to sit and pass time....). Maybe in Youghal?

Deli in Castlemarty, on your right after you go over bridge. You can sit down upstairs. Coffe is ok but the home baking, sandwiches etc are savage.
    Enjoy

The garden centre on the cork side of youghal (on the left leaving Youghal Just off the road a bit) is supposed to be very good for grub, presumably including coffee

Edit: Green Barn is the name
