Hypnotherapy to quit smoking, Co Clare

    Hi all, hoping you can help me to find a tried and tested hypnotherapist who might help my Mum to give up smoking. She's based in Co Clare, so someone who works out of Ennis, south Galway, North Limerick etc would be ideal.
    We're reluctant to choose someone based on internet 'testimonials' so hoping someone on Boards has successfully quit using someone in our area and is willing to share!
    Of course if anyone has any tips of other therapies which might help I'd love to hear and consider them too.

    We used a hypnotherapist in Monkstown in Dublin, totalminddynamics.com. Tom Ryan is the hypnotherapist. Went to him last October and haven't smoked since. No mood swings, no will power needed. Fantastic. Would totally recommend him if your mum's ever in Dublin. Would so be worth a train journey up.

    Did you only need one session?

    Edit: Just saw the website, only one session for 95% of people is an amazing success rate! Thanks again!
