I'm heading to Ibiza at the end of the month. I have a thyroid problem and need to take a tablet every morning, do I need anything to bring my tablets into Spain?

Your tablets should have your name on the box/container. If you want to be really sure, bring a copy of your prescription, but there won't be a problem.
I have travelled many times to all sorts of places with thyroid and other medication.
    Enjoy the sun.

You shouldn't have any problem just make sure that you keep it in the original packing. If you are worried you could also ask your GP or Pharmacy to provide you with written confirmation confirming that you are prescribed the medication or bring a copy of your prescription.

Make sure you bring your medication in your hand luggage just in case your checked on luggage goes astray. I have to take a lot of prescribed medication (including liquids) with me when I travel and have never had a problem. If it would ease your mind just pop a photocopy of your prescription in with your medication.

    Enjoy your holiday.

In all my travels I have never seen someone challenged to account for a bottle of pills in their bag in an airport security queue.

You got a receipt from the pharmacy, it has the pharmacy name, your name and the name of the medication, bring it with you if you're really concerned but I wouldn't be.
