Hi there - have seen numerous stop motion videos of construction but cant seem to get any info on affordable basic stop motion cameras. Basically need to record the build (at a decent resolution) onto a local memory stick/hard drive (remote site - no WIFI, power etc) - any ideas much appreciated. Thanks!

    How about a go pro?

Out of the box it has a max timelapse of 60 seconds, and the battery will only last a few hours, but if you hack it you can spread a few thousand shots out over a few weeks, before you have to swap out the SD card and battery.

    Weatherproof, easy to mount, affordable.
