P35 and annual return

    Hi
    I run a small business and need to fill P35 and Annual return for 2012. Turnaround is not big about 300 -400 transactions per year.
    Who can help? Audit not required as return for 2011 was on time. VAT paid.
    What is the reasonable cost as I contacted a few accountants today and got too high quotes, I believe.
