Transfer from one VEC to another?

    Hi all,

    I'm new here and looking for some advice!
    I'm a secondary school teacher and I have a CID since September last.
    I'm just wondering if anybody here knows if it would be possible for me to be transferred to another VEC without losing my CID?
    My fiancé and I live almost 3 hours apart and would like to live in the same county at some point in the near future!
    Does anybody know if this transfer is possible or do I just quit and start applying for jobs again??!!!
