Hi all. I am currently in the market for a new pair of shoes. my old atvs are showing their age and one of them is now letting water in. I am torn between the adizeros and the 2013 dryjoys. Can anyone point me in the right direction on there shoes? the adizeros are beautiful but I do wonder how would they fare out in the typical wet Irish climate. the dryjoys are very plain looking but seem to have a massive long standing following down the years. Any thoughts...?

As an all purpose shoe Dryjoys all day for me. I feel what Adidas gain in aesthetics they lose in practicality for our climate. I'd only wear my Adidas on 'good days', as they are poor in the wet weather.

I am tending to agree with you. my atvs have only lasted 14 months and the leather is cracked and as I said one is now leaking water in. disappointed as I found them incredibly comfortable and tried to keep them clean at all times...

tbh I only get about one season out of any pair of golf shoes, but normally buy at the start of April and let them run right through to the following season.

Another option would be the Tour 360's? Sports Direct are doing good deals atm.

Have a pair of Footjoy Greenjoys (black) Size 8.5 (Euro 42.5) - unwanted prize BNIB.

    RRP €65 - Yours for €40 + postage

Or if you have giant feet - go with Footjoy anyway.

not sure what to do now. I find the footjoys very unappealing lookswise but I read that the adizeros are not leather and are made from some new super duper synthetic material that is more durable than leather. if I was to go with the adizeros does anyone here have any good tips for shoe care.....thanks for your replies thus far...

How can you say the footjoys are not nice? There's no nicer shoes than a pair of all white dry joys tour or icons. Just watch the golf tonight. The amount of players wearing them.
